Every month at Liberty Magic there is a new performer to see. The show lasts about an hour and ten minutes and is in a small setting with about 30 people. Heinz History Center

Located in the Strip District, it is a Smithsonian-affiliated museum divided into several different floors for something for everyone. They even have a giant interactive kids area making it the perfect stop for families.

You can spend an entire day here and still have more to see with the 6 different floors full of activities.

North park is a great place to visit for a walk through nature or a variety of different activities. Here you can take the loop around the lake which is a paved and easily walkable or bikeable path.

Randyland

Randyland is a bright colorful wonderland you can walk around and explore as well as oftentimes meet the creator Randy as well.

Market Square

Market square is located in the heart of Pittsburgh PA and has activities all year long but becomes a one of a kind winter wonderland specifically during Christmas.

During Christmas time you can enjoy an evening of ice skating and a market with local goods during Christmas time. You can also visit all of the Santa’s from each of the different areas in the world. Read about each Santa and their history.

The Duquesne Incline

Take the Duquesne Incline and learn about the history and why it is there. At the top of the incline you will find a small museum where you can read about the history. Outside to the left and right you can walk about 20 minutes in either direction to lookouts to have the best view of Pittsburgh PA. Once you are ready you will take the incline back down to the bottom.

The Strip District

The strip district is the perfect place to walk around and explore the different stores. It is divided into 2 different streets. The one street has newer stores and some chain options. Here you will find mini golf, book stores, coffee shops and more.

The second street has more local and family owned businesses. Here you can try some local food and find lots of Pittsburgh attire.
